Payments
  • We accept payments by Credit or Debit Cards (all major cards accepted) and PayPal.   
  • Credit Card Billing Statement will appear as " TPGF Shop "

Shipping Policy

  • Once your payment is cleared, allow 1 week for production depending on the doll type and an additional 5-7 days for shipping time. Our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested before shipping.
  • These are estimated shipping times, please understand that we have absolutely no control over the shipping company logistics, once we hand over your item to UPS, FEDEX  or USPS there's nothing we can do to speed up their time in transit.
  • Our dolls come in a regular brown box without logos nor labels.
  • We do not ship to APO or PO Box Addresses.
  • Our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so all orders made on Friday after 9:30pm (ET) will be submitted for production on the following Monday.
  • We will update your order status with tracking information as soon as your package has been dropped off at FedEx or UPS.
  • Shipping delays may occur around postal holidays or after a SALE due to high demand.
  • Our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse club with different locations around the US, SG, HK and CN. 
  • On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status, we will notify you via email.
  • Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone Number. The phone number is necessary for the shipping company to contact you about delivery if necessary.
  • We are not be Responsible for Non-Delivery Due to an Incorrect Shipping Address. 

Returns

  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
  • If there appears to be a defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately at buytheperfectgf@gmail.com . If the dolls is unused, we will honor a full refund of the doll + shipping to return the doll.  
  • Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

Order Cancellations

  • We allow customers to cancel their orders within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • After 48 hours, if your doll has been sent to production and you still wish to cancel, there will be a restocking fee assessed and a partial refund issued.
