Shipping & Returns
- We accept payments by Credit or Debit Cards (all major cards accepted) and PayPal.
- Credit Card Billing Statement will appear as "TACTISHOP"
- Once your payment is cleared, allow 2-3 weeks for production depending on the doll, the customization and the brand. An additional 5-7 days for shipping time and delivery. Our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested before shipping.
- These times are estimated, please understand that we have absolutely no control over the shipping company logistics, once we hand over your item to UPS, FEDEX or USPS there's nothing we can do to speed up their time in transit.
- Our dolls come in a regular brown box without logos nor labels.
- We do not ship to APO or PO Box Addresses. If you don't want your doll to be delivered to your address, you can call the courier and have them hold your package at your nearest pick up location.
- Our office and warehouse are closed on the weekends, so all orders made on Friday after 7:00pm (ET) will be submitted for production on the following Monday.
- We will update your order status with tracking information as soon as your package has been dropped off at FedEx or UPS.
- Shipping delays may occur around postal holidays or after a SALE due to high demand.
- Our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse club with different locations around the US, SG, HK and CN.
- On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status, we will notify you via email.
- Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone Number. The phone number is necessary for the shipping company to contact you about delivery if necessary. Providing the wrong information will delay the production and handling of your order.
- We are not be Responsible for Non-Delivery Due to an Incorrect Shipping Address.
- We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
- Due to sanitary and health regulations we do not accept returns.
- If there appears to be a defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.

- We are not responsible for incidents due to the customer's negligence when it comes to our products and requested ad-ons/accessories (self warming, touch sensing, standing feet, tongue, etc)
- We allow customers to cancel their orders for a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of placing the order.
- A processing fee of 5% of the order value is required for order cancelations after 24 hours.
- A restocking and processing fee of 25% of the order value is required for cancelations after 48 hours.
